These terms and conditions apply only to the sale of fixed-priced Objects on the ARTDEAL Auction House site and do not apply to auction works. Please refer to the conditions for sale for that auction for terms and conditions pertaining to specific auctions.

Definition
The term "Buyer" refers to a person who has registered as a user to access the Website and purchases an Object from the Website.

"Description" refers to all of the details about an Object as they appear on the Website, which may include, but is not limited to, the name of the artist, the School of Art, the title of the Object, and the following additional information including the artist's signature/date of the Object (if applicable), the surface, medium, and dimensions, year, provenance, and any additional information about the Object.

General Terms
The term "Buyer" refers to a person who has registered as a user to access the Website and purchases an Object from the Website.

• The Object made available for sale on the Website may not always be physically in the possession of the ARTDEAL Auction House and may be physically located anywhere in the world.


• All Objects listed for sale on the Website will be sold at the listed price, with no discounts granted to the Buyer. The listed price of the Object excludes duties, taxes, shipping, and handling, which will be charged as applicable and will be determined by the physical location of the Object as well as the shipping address provided by the Buyer. The final billing address and shipping address for delivery of the Object shall be the information provided during registration or amended at the time of finalizing a purchase.


• The Buyer agrees that any duties and taxes that may be applicable on the purchase as per clause 2 above are the Buyer's responsibility, and such charges shall be payable in addition to the price of the Object.


• ARTDEAL Auction House will generate all invoices based on the registration information provided by the Buyer or amended at the time of purchase, and payments will be accepted only from the Buyer so registered. If a payment is sent from somewhere else, it may be returned or cause a delay in processing the order until management decides whether a variation from the registration details can be accepted.


• By placing an order on www.artdealauction.com, you are irrevocably accepting the purchase. Acceptance results in an enforceable contract of sale unless rescinded/canceled by ARTDEAL Auction House within 2 working days due to a default by the seller or any prior or continuing breach by the Buyer. The contract of sale is between ARTDEAL Auction House (as the seller's agent) and the Buyer.


• ARTDEAL Auction House reserves the right, without assigning any reason, to cancel any order placed on the website www.artdealauction.com at any time prior to the delivery of the Object.


• ARTDEAL Auction House accepts no responsibility for any errors or omissions that may occur in the Object's description, pricing, or other content. In the event of such an error, ARTDEAL Auction House reserves the right to cancel the Buyer's order and notify the Buyer in writing of the cancellation.


• Once an order is placed on ARTDEAL Auction House, the Buyer must make payment for the Object's price as well as the above-mentioned charges within 7 working days of the order's placement. If ARTDEAL Auction House does not receive a payment within 7 working days, it reserves the right to cancel the order without prior notice to the buyer.


• The Object will be delivered/shipped to the Buyer once all necessary documentation, such as transportation, taxation, and so on, as reasonably requested by ARTDEAL Auction House has been completed and payment in full, including any additional charges, has been realized. Unless the Buyer specifies otherwise, transit insurance costs will be included in such additional charges. If the Buyer chooses to collect the Object himself from ARTDEAL Auction House, he must do so within two weeks of ARTDEAL Auction House receiving payment. If the Object is not collected within two weeks, storage and insurance costs will be added to the purchase price and will be determined entirely at the discretion of the ARTDEAL Auction House.


• You agree to follow all of the provisions outlined in these terms and conditions. You specifically warrant that all information you submit is true and accurate (including, but not limited to, your credit card number and expiration date), and you agree to pay all costs, charges, and applicable taxes for the purchases you make.


• The sellers have granted ARTDEAL Auction House complete discretion in (1) the illustration and description of Objects for viewing and sale, as well as (ii) the acceptance or rejection of orders received.


• ARTDEAL Auction House is under no obligation to provide a physical preview of the Object before or after the sale. ARTDEAL Auction House accepts no responsibility for the condition of the Object. Condition reports are provided upon request and are based on the seller's information. If ARTDEAL Auction House believes there is a significant difference in the physical aspect of the item compared to its appearance as displayed on the website, an email will be sent to the Buyer informing them of the difference, and ARTDEAL Auction House will wait for the Buyer's decision to proceed with the order.


• The Buyer warrants that all information provided at the time of registration is true and correct and that any change in the information provided will be updated and communicated to the ARTDEAL Auction House as soon as possible. ARTDEAL Auction House reserves the right to act on the basis of the information provided and to seek any additional information, clarifications, or verifications deemed necessary for registration. Such registration may be suspended or cancelled if ARTDEAL Auction House believes that any of the above information is incorrect. However, such registration will be reinstated as soon as the buyer provides information satisfactory to the ARTDEAL Auction House.
