Condition reports for all lots are available for free online or via email, fax, or phone upon request.

We are no longer able to revalue or consign items from any category which is not listed above.
We do not accept direct artist submissions. As an auction house working in the secondary market, we only accept items that have already sold via a gallery or advisor on the primary market.
Our vendors include galleries and dealers from all around the art world, many of whom are also ARTDEAL Auction House customers. ARTDEAL Auction House is not the seller, vendor, co-seller, or co-vendor of any artwork acquired through the auction or through any post-auction sales transaction, even if it may supply comparative price data and facilitate transactions.
The Antiquities and Art Treasures Act, 1972 prohibits the export of lots designated as "Art Treasures" and/or "Antiquities." Buyers are exclusively responsible for complying with the Antiquities and Art Treasures Act of 1972, as well as any applicable state regulations.
A price range is indicated for each lot. These figures are based on lot qualities including condition, quality, rarity, and provenance. These figures are offered as a reference only and do not include the buyer's premium or any relevant taxes. If appropriate, next to the piece in the online catalogue is a link to pricing attained for similar art works at auction. Estimated prices are subject to change.
Any new bid must be a minimum increment higher than the existing highest bid. The current highest offer plus the minimum increment value equals the next legal bid amount. The auctioneer has the right to change the increments at any time throughout the sale. Online bids, on the other hand, are only accepted at the next valid bid increment depending on the minimum increment. Bid increments are provided at the back of the catalogue (on the reverse of the Absentee/proxy bid form).
The buyer is responsible for all post-sale costs, such as packaging, insurance, shipping, and handling. Shipping will be based on courier rates, which are determined by the package's value, origin, and destination.
